Earlier this month,to celebrate the upcoming Thanksgiving season,
Julius Agwu under the auspices of his foundation gave out turkeys to 250
families in Georgia .He faced some backlash for the aact.However,he has
explained his reason for the gesture.In response,his rep and COO of the
Julius Agwu Foundation,
Bishop Adejugbe told the NET Ng.

‘This gesture is in line with the vision and mission of Julius Agwu Foundation Inc. worldwide with our motto being For God & Humanity,‘We chose to give back to a community that has been very supportive of our [Nigerian] community and businesses in the United States. This community is a home to probably the highest concentration of people of Nigerian descent in the State of Georgia, and it may also interest you to know that we have the only officially recognized Yoruba traditional ruler in the US HRM Oba Shola Akinrimsi the Oriade of Georgia with staff of office from the Mayor of Riverdale resides in the City of Riverdale.
