The easiest way to take care of your health and to keep fit is to start your day from a morning running. Or start practicing other sport – whatever you prefer. You can choose time, place and intensity on your own. And we can help you to choose proper shoes.
There is a lot to say about benefits of sports, but if you are here you’ve probably know about them. It means you are ready for training and all you need is just a pair of shoes. Need an advice? We’ll go with Adidas. Existing since 1920s, it has built a strong and reliable sportsmen’s network. With Adidas, you are always sure in the quality of the product. And don’t forget about all those award winning athletes, who won wearing shoes designed by Adidas. Currently, it produces several lines of running shoes, including the Energy-boost and the spring-blade trainers. This year the company is going to launch the next 3rd season.

What you should know

If you are going to buy running shoes, you’ll have several points to consider. First of all, buy shoes pay attention to gender classification. It is not only about how footwear looks; all models are designed according to the standards, corresponding physical peculiarities of males and females. Don’t make up a problem with choosing something when you really don’t need it. Secondly, think about what shoe type you need: lightweights with less protection for fast training, trail for running off road, racing for very fast training, support or motion-control for protection. Often shoes are designed for runners with particular weight – light, regular or heavy. Another point you should consider is the surface. Are you going to practice on a road, on a treadmill, on a light, severe or regular trail? Only after making clear all these points you can come to choosing shoes.

Speaking about other kinds of sports, Adidas is ready to offer you any footwear you’ll ask for. There are models designed specifically for basketball, soccer, rugby, tennis, golf, even skateboarding. Actually, the list is far from complete yet. Note that some models are better for sports which require movement from side to side, while others are better for movement in one direction. The primer ones support the joints and reduce pressure on the knees and ankles, while the latter ones reduce pressure, which appears while pounding on the ground. What is more, you can choose a multifunctional model, which will work for quite different workouts and sports.
You can find out, what size fits you by checking the official website of the company. It is preferable, as sometimes sizes can differ depending on a manufacturer.

Materials

The upper construction of all Adidas shoes is designed from lightweight breathable material, which is durable rigid enough to resist overflexing. There are two types of technologies – SprintWeb, which will serve owners longer, and ESM, which uses softer fabrics for more comfort. Sole are made mostly of foam

Types of Adidas shoes

As we’ve already mentioned, there are two major Adidas lines – Boost and Springblade.
Boost is a choice for traditional runners, who prefer feeling comfortable. In the latest version of foam cushioning, the foam is constructed form micro-foam beads, which absorb energy and return it back for more responsive feel. Moreover, it retains this responsiveness in a wider range of temperatures, which allows training in these shoes different seasons.

Energy Boost ESM remains the leader among running shoes models. The highest amount of cushioning makes it suitable for everyday trainings. Response Boost is the best option for high mileage training and the best first footwear for beginners. Supernova Sequence Boost ensures stability and provides maximum support, which is the obvious option for those, who care much about protection.
Springblade represents one of the latest designs introduced by Adidas. This technology passed multiple tests for durability and became the best combination of comfort and power. However, they are better for cross-training, not long-distance runs. Otherwise, they should pass your own test on comfort.

It is the classifieds website, where you can find a good selection of sports footwear. You can be sure that your Adidas shoes are waiting here, too. Buying at Jiji brings a lot of advantages. First of all, it is a good selection of models – as big as in original stores. Secondly, prices here are lower than you expect.
