 Amber Rose has splurged on a Rolls Royce . The star dolled out $371K on the Rolls Royce for her 33rd birthday on Tuesday. She said ""It's a birthday gift to myself."

This comes a week after her bestie, Blac Chyna bought a white Rolls Royce for herself..Talk about friendship goals.
